Growing strawberries in pots are very easy, let me tell you about pot size, soil mix, nutrition, how much sun is needed, rooting techniques, and so on.

Strawberry seedlings can be planted anytime from August to January, with a coating cultivar 45 to 60 days after planting. The normal fruiting season is from October to March. Keep it within Aug to Nov if I walk, the plant will survive if planted later but it is difficult to cultivate.

The pot is 5 to 8 inches high and 5 to 8 inches wide. In a word, however, the number 8 pot (one plant in a pot). It fits exactly, the separation system does not go beyond that.
Can also be placed in tall rectangular pots, i.e. number 14 suitable, two plants can be placed in one pot.

Make holes in the bottom of the pot so that the water can easily drain out of the pot. Do not overdo it. Make three holes at least 1cm in diameter. If the drain holes are small, the water will stagnate in the pot and the roots will rot, and the roots will not have access to oxygen. Therefore the holes must be made correctly.

The soil mixture is the same for all vegetable plants as it is for strawberries. Soil, fertilizer, coco peat should be taken in equal proportions (90%), neem flour, bone meal, seaweed granules, and Epsom salt (all combined 10%).
It is better to add perlite (otherwise nothing).
All should blend well.

Cover the drain holes in the bottom of the pot with pebbles, small pebbles, and pieces of wood, and cover them with 1-inch thick coco peat. Stir well without air gaps.
Then add a layer of well-drained manure, or fully decomposed kitchen waste compost 2 inches thick and lightly coat it.
Fill the rest of the potting mix we put together.

The mistake that can easily get your claim denied is to fail. Within a few days of planting, the soil will shrink to 4 inches, and again the extra soil will be poured over the top, making the strawberry plant more likely to die.
So fill the pot well until the clay mixture is completely filled, there will be no problem even if some soil lands for a few days.

Be sure to know the method of rooting strawberry plants. Not all plants, just a little different. The plant does not have branches and does not grow vegetatively, only leaves and flowers come from the crown. The crown should be kept in the soil only up to the roots, without sinking.
Remove a little soil in the middle of the pots with the soil mixture and keep the plant root ball intact, then take the soil mixture and keep the roots invisible.

Under no circumstances should the crown be submerged in the soil, only the roots should remain in the soil.

No need to do mulching right now.

Rooting is best done in the evening.

The week after planting, keep the pots in a partially (two hours a day) sunny spot for ten days. After that bring it and put it in full sun.

Strawberry plants are thirsty and should be watered once a day.
No matter how dry the soil is, it is difficult for the plant to survive.

Plants planted in 30 to 40 days will grow well and start coating. It is better to mulch the flowers at the stage of turning into pods, as the buds will be damaged if they touch the soil.
There is no damage if the mulch is not done, but it is enough to put any sunscreen so that the pinds do not touch the soil.

There is no need to give any fertilizer to the plant till two to three cuttings are done. After that, it means that if the flowers do not come properly and the nuts do not come in good size then nutrition is required. In manure or kitchen waste compost, add bone meal, Epsom salt, seaweed, and neem flour at the rate of one plant per plant, remove some soil at the edge of the pot (not close to the beginning of the plant), add compost and cover with soil again.

The pale leaves also turn black at times, which means that as the sun rises, the plants shift to a semi-shade.

If the plant becomes bushy and does not get coated, the darker leaves should be cut off and used for mulching.

Dilute the sour buttermilk to remove the coating. Just like we give liquid fertilizers to other vegetable plants, we can give the same to strawberries.

What pests do not come from strawberry plants? I did not see myself. Still, you may be bothered about How to Grow Strawberries on Terrace without using any chemical methods, I will come to you with a separate article shortly

The sun shines from the month of March and from then on it should be kept in a partially sunny place. Summer is a bit harder to save.

Well matured plants have thinner vines, called runners. Cub plants can be caught by runners. At least 5 young plants can be grown from one plant.

Do not be so hysterical, strawberries also grow in our environment.
Like all plants, strawberries grow well in the garden. It is enough to be careful in rooting.
